To ensure your payment is successful, we advise you to manually enter all data fields (payment, billing, etc) and not allow web browsers to auto-fill data when making the payment. Do not use tab or arrow buttons to navigate the page when completing your payment form. If you've already failed a CAPTCHA please clear your cache and cookies and try again with the above method. Or try using a different web browser to try again while being careful to not allow auto-fill.

If the ReCAPTCHA v3 fails for any reason, instead of denying the order, we will have the ReCAPTCHA v2 show up and then the user will have to manually complete the v2 captcha before a transaction will be allowed to be sent to CardPointe.
